📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and menu planning.,Ensure the restaurant maintains high standards of cleanliness and hygiene, adhering to health and safety regulations.,Train and develop front-of-house staff to deliver excellent customer service and maintain a positive dining environment.,Monitor food and beverage costs, and implement strategies to optimize profitability.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer satisfaction.,Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food preparation and delivery.,Participate in staff meetings and contribute to the development of restaurant policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in restaurant management or a similar role.,Proven experience in managing front-of-house staff and ensuring high levels of customer service.,Strong knowledge of food and beverage operations, including inventory management and cost control.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well under pressure.,Proficiency in using basic office software and point-of-sale systems.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food service industry.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
