CV Cakrawala Restu is seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Assistant Teller to join our team in Belawan, Sumatera Utara. In this role, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, assisting customers with their banking needs, and ensuring the smooth operation of our banking services. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and banking operations, along with excellent communication skills.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist customers with banking transactions and inquiries,Maintain accurate records of customer transactions,Provide information about banking products and services,Handle cash and check transactions accurately and securely,Ensure compliance with banking regulations and policies,Monitor and report any suspicious activities,Provide excellent customer service and build positive relationships with customers,Assist in the operation of ATMs and other banking equipment

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent,Previous experience in customer service or banking operations is preferred,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Strong attention to detail and accuracy,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment,Familiarity with banking software and systems is a plus,Knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and policies,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
