As a Construction Project Supervisor, you'll be responsible for managing multiple construction sites across Bali, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You'll work closely with our team of engineers, architects, and contractors, using industry-leading tools like AutoCAD, Procore, and Microsoft Project to streamline operations and drive efficiency.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects across Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
• Coordinate with project teams, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Implement and enforce safety protocols and quality control measures on all construction sites.
• Utilize project management software like Procore and Microsoft Project to track progress, manage resources, and report on project status.
• Collaborate with design teams to ensure construction plans align with architectural and engineering specifications.
• Conduct regular site inspections and audits to identify and address potential issues.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
• Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to drive continuous improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in project supervision, with a proven track record in managing construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Proficiency in using project management software such as Procore, Microsoft Project, and AutoCAD.
• Certifications in Safety Management (e.g., OSHA, SMM) and Quality Control (e.g., ISO 9001) are a plus.
