📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement comprehensive host communication strategies that enhance host engagement and satisfaction.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication efforts with business goals and host needs.,Design and execute host communication campaigns, leveraging various channels to reach and engage hosts effectively.,Analyze host feedback and engagement metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.,Create and maintain host communication materials, including emails, newsletters, and in-app messages.,Foster strong relationships with hosts by providing timely and relevant information.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in host communication.,Measure the impact of communication strategies and report on key performance indicators.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.,5+ years of experience in host communication or a similar role within the hospitality or travel industry.,Proven track record of developing and executing successful host communication strategies.,Strong understanding of host needs and challenges.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficiency in using communication tools and platforms.,Analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights.,Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.
