📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Manage office logistics, including supplies, equipment, and facilities.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers for office needs.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace.
• Handle office administration tasks, such as filing, correspondence, and scheduling.
• Assist in the preparation of reports and documents for internal and external use.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team with recruitment and onboarding processes.
• Assist in the planning and execution of office events and meetings.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Office Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a General Affairs or administrative role.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with port operations and logistics is a plus.
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment.
• Fluency in Indonesian is required; English proficiency is a plus.
