Junior HR Generalist

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Assist in the recruitment process, including job postings, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures.
• Support the HR team in organizing and managing employee benefits programs.
• Assist in the onboarding and offboarding processes for new and departing employees.
• Conduct employee surveys and gather feedback to improve HR practices.
• Assist in the development and implementation of HR training programs.
• Handle employee relations matters, including disciplinary actions and grievances.
• Provide administrative support to the HR department as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Recent graduate or professional with limited HR experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Basic knowledge of HR software and tools.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite.
• Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
