📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the banquet department, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and event coordination.,Ensure the highest level of customer service and satisfaction during banquet events.,Maintain and enhance the banquet department's reputation for excellence and professionalism.,Develop and implement banquet menus and event packages that meet customer needs and preferences.,Train and mentor banquet staff to ensure consistent quality and service standards.,Manage banquet budgets and ensure cost-effective operations.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless event execution.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in banquet operations, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel setting.,Proven track record of successfully managing banquet events and teams.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with banquet software and systems is a plus.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Professional and courteous demeanor, with the ability to handle customer interactions with poise and professionalism.
