- Manage and optimize daily operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.

- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and make data-driven decisions.
- Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, including suppliers, customers, and partners.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure competitive advantage.
- Lead and mentor team members to achieve operational and business goals.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in operations management and business development.
- Proven track record of successfully managing operations and driving business growth.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in using project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or Asana.
- Familiarity with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Certification in business development or operations management is a plus.
