As an Accounts Executive / Senior Accounts Executive at YKL Capital Sdn Bhd, you will play a crucial role in managing the financial operations of our projects. Your daily tasks will include preparing financial reports, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with accounting standards. You will work closely with our project managers and financial analysts to drive the financial performance of our projects, helping us to achieve our business objectives.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and maintain accurate financial records and reports for all projects.
• Analyze financial data to identify trends and provide insights for decision-making.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.
• Manage the budgeting and forecasting processes for all projects.
• Assist in the preparation of financial statements and other financial reports.
• Provide financial support to project managers and other departments as needed.
• Collaborate with external auditors and other stakeholders to ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial information.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest accounting practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting or financial analysis.
• Proficiency in accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
• Familiarity with project management software such as MS Project or Primavera.
