• Oversee daily branch operations, ensuring smooth and efficient service delivery.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in a managerial role within the banking or financial services industry.
• Proven track record of achieving branch targets and driving business growth.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and banking software such as Core Banking System and CRM tools.
• Certification in financial management or a related field is a plus.
