As a Branch Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the salon, managing staff, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the salon, including scheduling, inventory management, and staff training.
  • Manage and mentor salon staff, ensuring high levels of customer service and product quality.
  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Monitor sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions to improve profitability.
  • Maintain a clean and well-organized salon environment.
  • Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
  • Attend salon events and industry conferences to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in salon management, preferably in a high-volume salon.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven ability to manage a team and motivate staff.
  • Familiarity with salon software and point-of-sale systems.
  • Knowledge of beauty industry trends and techniques.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

    <p>To be successful in this roleyou should have strong organizational and problem-solving skillsas well as the ability to work well in a fast-paced environment. Knowledge of Indonesian language and culture is a plus.</p>
