🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Metallurgical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in metallurgical operations, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of successfully implementing metallurgical innovations and improving process efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of metallurgical processes, including beneficiation, hydrometallurgy, and pyrometallurgy.
• Familiarity with automated mineral processing and green metallurgy technologies.
