📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Design and supervise the construction of large-scale infrastructure projects, ensuring compliance with national and international standards.
• Conduct site inspections and quality control to maintain high standards of workmanship.
• Prepare detailed project plans, schedules, and cost estimates using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Coordinate with project managers, architects, and contractors to ensure timely and efficient project delivery.
• Monitor project progress and make necessary adjustments to meet deadlines and budget constraints.
• Provide technical support and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to enhance project efficiency.
• Ensure all projects are completed safely and in accordance with environmental regulations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with a focus on large-scale infrastructure projects.
• Proficiency in using AutoCAD, Revit, and Primavera.
• Certification in Project Management (PMP) or a similar relevant certification is a plus.
• Strong understanding of Indonesian building codes and regulations.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with construction materials and methods.
