📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Optimize sewing processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to address production issues.
• Collaborate with the quality control team to ensure compliance with international standards such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Develop and implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance sewing operations.
• Provide technical support to the production team, including training and mentoring.
• Monitor and analyze production data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
• Work with the commercial team to align production processes with market demands and customer requirements.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in sewing technology and manufacturing processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sewing technology and manufacturing processes, preferably in the footwear industry.
• Proven experience with sewing machinery and automated sewing systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with quality management systems such as ISO 9001 and IATF 16949.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles and Six Sigma methodologies.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
