📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop visually appealing and user-friendly designs for various marketing materials, including brochures, posters, and digital ads.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their brand and target audience, ensuring designs align with their vision and goals.
• Create high-quality graphics and layouts using industry-standard tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Conduct market research and stay updated on the latest design trends and technologies.
• Present design concepts to clients and internal teams, providing clear explanations and justifications.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and ensuring high-quality deliverables.
• Provide feedback and guidance to junior designers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
• Contribute to the development of brand guidelines and style guides for our clients.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in product or graphic design, with a portfolio showcasing diverse projects.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
• Experience with design tools like Figma and Canva.
• Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
• Excellent communication and project management skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Portfolio demonstrating a strong sense of aesthetics and creativity.
