📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Process currency exchange transactions accurately and efficiently using Wise and XE Currency platforms.
• Handle remittance transactions, including wire transfers and international money transfers.
• Provide excellent customer service, assisting clients with their financial needs and answering queries.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and anti-money laundering (AML) procedures.
• Manage cash handling and inventory, maintaining accurate records of transactions.
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to health and safety standards.
• Stay updated with market trends and exchange rates to provide the best service to clients.
• Collaborate with the team to ensure smooth operations and high customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a financial services role, preferably in currency exchange or remittance.
• Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and financial software.
• Familiarity with Wise and XE Currency platforms is a plus.
• Valid ID and work permit for Bali.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
