📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies to achieve targets.,Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and clients.,Provide excellent customer service and support to retail partners.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team.,Collaborate with the sales team to ensure consistent product knowledge and communication.,Assist in training and mentoring new retail sales consultants.,Participate in team meetings and contribute to the overall success of the sales department.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Familiarity with sales software and CRM systems is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a must.
