📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan, organize, and execute a variety of sports and community events, from small-scale gatherings to large-scale festivals.
• Coordinate with vendors, sponsors, and partners to secure necessary resources and support for events.
• Manage event logistics, including venue selection, scheduling, and budgeting.
• Promote events through digital and social media channels to maximize attendance and engagement.
• Collaborate with local influencers, athletes, and community leaders to amplify event impact and reach.
• Analyze event performance and gather feedback to continuously improve future events.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and safety guidelines.
• Represent Wangta Agung at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Sports Management, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in event planning, coordination, or management, preferably in the sports or community engagement industry.
• Proven track record of successfully planning and executing events of varying sizes and scopes.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in event planning software, such as Eventbrite, Cvent, or similar tools.
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing strategies.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
