As a Production Operator, you'll work closely with our team to assemble and test electronic components, using tools such as SMT (Surface Mount Technology) machines, reflow ovens, and automated inspection systems. Your electrical background will be crucial in troubleshooting and maintaining our production lines, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Operate and maintain SMT machines, reflow ovens, and automated inspection systems
- Assemble and test electronic components and assemblies
- Monitor production processes to ensure quality and efficiency
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
- Conduct regular maintenance and calibration of equipment
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized workspace
- Assist in process improvements and continuous quality control
- Collaborate with the team to meet production targets and deadlines
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Production Operator in electronics manufacturing
- Strong electrical background and understanding of electronic components
- Familiarity with SMT machines, reflow ovens, and automated inspection systems
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Knowledge of quality control processes and standards
- Fluency in English (both written and spoken)
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel
