Offshore Business Processing (OBP) is seeking a skilled Freight Forwarding Specialist (Customer Support) to join our team in Bali. This role is crucial in managing and optimizing our logistics operations, ensuring that all freight orders are processed efficiently and customer needs are met. Based in the dynamic regions of Bali, you'll work closely with our clients and internal teams to handle freight orders, track clearances, and manage documentation.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
- Manage and process freight orders using SAP Freight Forwarding and TMS.
- Track and ensure timely clearances for all shipments.
- Coordinate with clients and internal teams to resolve any issues or delays.
- Prepare and manage all necessary documentation for shipments.
- Monitor and optimize logistics operations to improve efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer support to ensure client satisfaction.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in freight forwarding.
- Assist in training and developing new team members.
🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in freight forwarding or customer support roles.
- Proficient in using SAP Freight Forwarding and TMS.
- Strong knowledge of international shipping regulations and customs procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification in CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or similar is a plus.
