📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations and maintenance of state-owned residential complexes.
Manage tenant relations, including addressing complaints and resolving issues promptly.
Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure timely and efficient repairs and maintenance.
Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of living in residential complexes.
Monitor and maintain compliance with provincial housing regulations and standards.
Prepare and present regular reports on the performance and condition of residential complexes.
Lead and supervise a team of housing officers and support staff.
Participate in community engagement activities to enhance tenant satisfaction and well-being.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Housing Management, Public Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing management or a similar role.
Strong knowledge of provincial housing regulations and standards.
Proven experience in managing tenant relations and resolving complaints.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team and lead a team of housing officers.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
Valid driver's license and the ability to drive a company vehicle.
