📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the RPA facility, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Lead and mentor a team of skilled professionals, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
• Implement and monitor quality control measures to maintain high standards of product quality.
• Optimize production processes to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in poultry processing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Proven track record of operational excellence and continuous improvement.
• Strong understanding of HACCP, ISO, and other relevant industry standards.
• Certification in poultry processing or a related field is a plus.
• Proficiency in using ERP systems and other relevant software.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
