📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Lead and manage a team of professionals, fostering a productive and collaborative work environment.
  • Develop and implement departmental strategies aligned with company goals.
  • Monitor departmental performance, setting and achieving key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and adherence to company policies.
  • Provide mentorship and professional development opportunities for team members.
  • Collaborate with senior management to drive organizational growth and innovation.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
  • Represent the company at internal and external events as needed.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a leadership role, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of success.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in using office software and project management tools.
  • Familiarity with HR practices and labor laws is a plus.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
