Bengkel Oka Store is looking for a dedicated Finance Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the financial operations of the company, ensuring financial stability, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the business. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and accounting, excellent analytical skills, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the company's financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.,Oversee the preparation of financial statements and ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.,Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's business objectives.,Ensure accurate and timely processing of payroll and other financial transactions.,Maintain strong relationships with external auditors and financial advisors.,Monitor cash flow and manage working capital to ensure financial stability.,Provide financial guidance and support to the management team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a managerial position.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and financial analysis.,Proficient in using financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations.
