📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the daily operations of the delivery team.,Ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods to customers.,Monitor and maintain the quality of service provided to customers.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a professional manner.,Supervise and train new delivery staff to ensure high performance standards.,Maintain accurate records of delivery activities and performance metrics.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations.,Adhere to company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in logistics.,Strong knowledge of local routes and traffic conditions in Jember.,Good communication and leadership skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Valid driver's license and clean driving record.,Familiarity with company's software and systems.,Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.,Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
