📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Lead the design process from concept to completion, ensuring all projects meet high-quality standards.,Mentor and guide junior designers to enhance their skills and contribute effectively to projects.,Develop and maintain the company's brand identity, including logos, color schemes, and typography.,Create visually compelling designs for print and digital media, including advertisements, social media content, and marketing materials.,Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and deliver designs that meet client expectations.,Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies to ensure our designs remain innovative and relevant.,Manage and optimize the design workflow to improve efficiency and productivity.,Present design concepts to stakeholders and provide clear explanations of design choices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in graphic design, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work.,Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design projects.,Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).,Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey design concepts to clients and team members.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, and typography.,Experience in managing and mentoring junior designers.
