📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the daily operations of the pharmacy, including inventory management, ordering, and dispensing of medications.,Provide pharmaceutical care and advice to patients, ensuring they understand their medications and treatment plans.,Manage a team of pharmacist assistants, providing training, supervision, and support.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.,Collaborate with healthcare providers to ensure accurate and timely prescription fulfillment.,Monitor and report on pharmacy performance metrics to ensure quality and efficiency.,Participate in continuous professional development to stay updated with the latest pharmaceutical practices and technologies.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Pharmacist Assistant or in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Proficiency in using pharmacy management software.,Leadership and team management skills.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is a plus.
