📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on property facilities and equipment,Inspect and maintain building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC,Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues promptly,Order and manage maintenance supplies and materials,Conduct regular inspections to ensure compliance with safety standards,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation of facilities,Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status,Provide technical support to other staff members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent experience,Minimum 2 years of experience in maintenance or related field,Knowledge of building systems, including electrical, plumbing, and HVAC,Familiarity with maintenance software and tools,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills,Valid driver's license and reliable transportation,Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
