📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including advertising job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, employment history, and performance evaluations.,Handle employee relations, including addressing grievances, conducting performance appraisals, and providing training and development opportunities.,Ensure compliance with company policies, laws, and regulations related to employment.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Provide administrative support to the HR department, including data entry, filing, and other clerical tasks.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in human resources.,Assist in the planning and organization of HR events and activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a similar role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian employment laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite and HR management software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian is a must.
