📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting job analysis and creating job descriptions to attract the right candidates.,Sourcing and screening candidates through various channels such as job portals, social media, and referrals.,Conducting initial interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills and fit for the role.,Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including scheduling interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and providing feedback to candidates.,Building and maintaining relationships with potential candidates and hiring managers to ensure a smooth recruitment process.,Staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve our hiring process.,Assisting in the onboarding process to ensure a smooth transition for new hires.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of recruitment processes, tools, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with candidates and hiring managers effectively.,Proficient in using recruitment software and tools such as ATS (Applicant Tracking System).,Familiarity with local labor laws and regulations is a plus.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.,Fluency in Indonesian and English is required.
