As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving sales, managing our online and offline marketing campaigns, and building strong relationships with our customers. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly targets.,Manage our online presence, including our website, social media channels, and email marketing campaigns.,Organize and execute offline marketing campaigns, such as pop-up stores, events, and promotions.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, both online and offline.,Analyze sales data and marketing performance to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Collaborate with the product development team to create and promote new fragrance collections.,Assist in the development and implementation of our brand's marketing and sales strategies.,Provide excellent customer service and support to our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the luxury or fragrance industry.,Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and other relevant marketing software.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Previous experience working in a multicultural and international environment is a plus.
