📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Managing the daily cash operations and ensuring accurate financial transactions.,Providing excellent customer service to clients and ensuring their satisfaction.,Monitoring cash levels and preparing reports for the finance department.,Handling cash deposits and withdrawals, and ensuring compliance with banking regulations.,Training and supervising junior cashiers to maintain high service standards.,Resolving customer complaints and issues promptly and professionally.,Maintaining a clean and organized cash handling area.,Participating in inventory management and ensuring proper documentation of all transactions.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in cash handling and customer service roles.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian banking regulations and procedures.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using cash handling equipment and software.,Ability to work under pressure and meet strict deadlines.,High school diploma or equivalent.,Experience in a similar role in a mining or financial institution is a plus.,Familiarity with MS Office Suite, especially Excel, is required.
