📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning, design, and construction of luxury real estate projects in Bali.,Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Monitor project progress and quality, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.,Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.,Identify and mitigate risks, and implement strategies to address any issues that may arise during the project lifecycle.,Prepare and present project reports to stakeholders, including progress updates, financial reports, and final project deliverables.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Real Estate, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in project management, with a proven track record in luxury real estate development.,Strong understanding of Indonesian construction industry, regulations, and best practices.,Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to manage and motivate a diverse team.,Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Familiarity with project management software and tools.,Knowledge of luxury real estate market trends and developments in Bali.
