📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the camp facilities, ensuring high standards of cleanliness and maintenance.
• Manage and supervise a team of camp staff, providing training and support as needed.
• Coordinate with local vendors and service providers to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to enhance guest satisfaction and operational efficiency.
• Monitor and manage camp inventory, including equipment and supplies, to ensure adequate stock levels.
• Organize and facilitate group activities and events, ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
• Handle guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly to maintain a positive guest experience.
• Collaborate with the resort's management team to ensure seamless integration of camp services with overall resort operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in camp management or a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of managing teams and delivering exceptional guest service.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure.
• Familiarity with camp management software such as Campground Management System (CMS) or similar tools.
• Knowledge of local regulations and best practices for camp operations in Bangka Belitung.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff and vendors.
