📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Prepare and cook a variety of dishes, including appetizers, entrees, and desserts, using fresh ingredients and following established recipes.
• Assist the head chef in maintaining high standards of food quality and presentation.
• Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that orders are prepared and delivered promptly.
• Keep the kitchen clean and organized, following health and safety regulations.
• Assist in stock management, including ordering and storing ingredients.
• Collaborate with the bar staff to ensure a seamless dining experience for our customers.
• Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance your culinary skills.
• Adapt to the changing needs of the kitchen and the bar, ensuring that we can meet the demands of our customers.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience as a cook or in a similar role in a fast-paced food service environment.
• Strong knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation methods.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Familiarity with kitchen equipment and tools, such as grills, ovens, and blenders.
• Ability to follow recipes and maintain consistent food quality.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including weekends and holidays.
