📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and coordinate a fleet of vehicles, ensuring optimal performance and efficiency.
• Oversee daily fleet operations, including route planning, scheduling, and maintenance.
• Monitor and analyze fleet performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Coordinate with drivers, logistics coordinators, and other stakeholders to resolve issues and optimize operations.
• Develop and implement strategies to reduce operational costs and improve overall efficiency.
• Provide training and support to drivers and logistics staff to enhance their skills and performance.
• Maintain accurate records of fleet activities and generate reports for management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Transportation, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in fleet operations or a similar role.
• Proficient in using fleet management software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and transportation regulations and best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Certification in fleet management or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with the logistics and supply chain industry, particularly in the food sector, is a strong advantage.
