📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the import and export of heavy equipment and machinery, ensuring timely and efficient delivery.
• Manage the entire import process, from sourcing suppliers to customs clearance and delivery.
• Work closely with procurement team, suppliers, and customs officials to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and logistics partners.
• Use SAP and Oracle to manage and track imports and exports.
• Ensure that all imports and exports are documented and reported accurately.
• Provide support to the logistics team in the planning and execution of import and export operations.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in logistics and supply chain management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in logistics and supply chain management, with a focus on import and export operations.
• Fluency in Mandarin (both written and spoken).
• Strong knowledge of international trade regulations and customs procedures.
• Experience with SAP and Oracle is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Valid SIM (Indonesian Work Permit) and NPWP.
