📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee and coordinate all maintenance activities for the facility, ensuring timely and efficient completion of tasks.
• Develop and implement preventive and predictive maintenance schedules to minimize downtime and extend the lifespan of building systems.
• Manage and maintain vendor relationships, ensuring quality service and competitive pricing.
• Monitor and maintain building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
• Develop and implement energy-saving initiatives to reduce utility costs and promote sustainability.
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to ensure high standards of work and safety.
• Prepare and present regular reports on maintenance activities, system performance, and energy consumption to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Facility Management, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in facility maintenance and operations management.
• Certification in Facility Management or a related field is a plus.
• Proficient in using maintenance management software such as CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System).
• Strong knowledge of building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and fire safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team and manage multiple stakeholders.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
