📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement strategic production plans using advanced planning tools such as SAP and JDA.
• Optimize resource allocation and capacity planning to ensure efficient use of production resources.
• Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and drive operational efficiency.
• Lead cross-functional teams to ensure that production targets are met and that quality standards are maintained.
• Collaborate with suppliers and logistics partners to ensure seamless coordination and timely delivery of materials and products.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in production planning and control.
• Provide regular reports and updates to senior management on production performance and key metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 8 years of experience in production planning and control, with a proven track record of driving operational efficiency.
• Strong knowledge of advanced planning tools such as SAP and JDA.
• Certification in Lean Manufacturing or Six Sigma is a plus.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and make data-driven decisions.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Experience in manufacturing, transportation, or logistics is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
