• Develop and implement commercial strategies to drive the growth of the chartering and shipping business.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry stakeholders, including shipowners, charterers, and service providers.
• Manage contract negotiations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
• Conduct market analysis and identify opportunities for expansion in the maritime industry.
• Oversee fleet management activities, including vessel acquisition, maintenance, and deployment.

• Utilize advanced tools and software, such as SAP and Microsoft Office Suite, to support commercial activities.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Maritime Studies, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in maritime commercial leadership, with a proven track record of success in strategic shipping and chartering.
• Strong understanding of international shipping regulations, contracts, and market dynamics.
• Proven ability to develop and implement commercial strategies that drive business growth.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Experience with SAP and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Hold a valid Commercial Vessel Operator's License (CVOL) or equivalent certification.
