📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations for employees,Provide counseling and guidance to employees on various psychological issues,Develop and implement psychological programs and initiatives to support employee well-being,Collaborate with the HR team to ensure the effective implementation of HR policies and procedures,Assist in the recruitment process by providing psychological insights and recommendations,Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of psychological programs and initiatives,Stay updated with the latest developments in the field of psychology,Provide training and development opportunities for employees to enhance their psychological skills and knowledge

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Psychology or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a psychology-related role, preferably in a corporate setting,Strong understanding of psychological assessment tools and techniques,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well in a team and independently,Proficiency in Indonesian and English,Knowledge of HR policies and procedures is a plus,Certification in a relevant psychological field is a plus
